Rockschool Formula
En J&S Música ofrecemos clases de música moderna a través del sistema Rockschool, del cual somos centro examinador.
Rockschool is an internationally recognized examining organization established in the United Kingdom since 1991.
Las titulaciones acreditadas en música moderna de Rockschool están hechas a la medida del músico contemporáneo.
Qualifications for Electric and Acoustic Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano and Keyboards, Ukulele, Vocals, Popular Music Theory, and Music Production.
Beyond classical, styles as varied as Rock, Pop, Soul, Funk, Reggae, Heavy Metal, Jazz, and Latin are explored.
Instruments
Classical and Modern Music Lessons
Our philosophy is based on teaching music in a natural way. We teach the language of music in an easy and simple way so that students can apply the concepts learned in class to their daily lives.
Our qualified teachers teach technique, repertoire, and solfège through the chosen instrument, usually for one hour a week.
We understand how important it is to share music with other musicians, which is why we also offer the opportunity to be part of the MUSIC COMBOS and CHOIRS (children and adults) at the music school.
Official Exam Center
At J&S Música, we are an official Rockschool exam centre. In addition to your training, at our school in Palma de Mallorca, you can take the exams for the Rockschool Qualification or Grade you are pursuing.
Rockschool’s accredited qualifications are valid within the context of the European Union’s Bologna Process and are integrated into the European Qualifications Framework (EQF). All Rockschool certificates are linked to their corresponding EQF level, allowing European countries to compare their qualifications within a common reference framework.

Can I take a trial lesson?
Yes, we offer a 60-minute trial lesson, for both group and individual sessions.
How many lessons per week do students take?
As a general rule, one hour per week for each selected instrument. With Rockschool books, students can continue their learning from home in a structured and engaging way. Don't hesitate to ask us!
How much do the lessons cost?
Please contact us, as rates vary depending on the different lesson types.
Do I need to have my own instrument?
Our facilities are fully acoustically treated and equipped with high-quality instruments, so for GUITAR, UKULELE, BASS, and DRUMS lessons, there is no need to bring your own instrument or amplifiers.
